Haven't been here in awhile and it's been forever since I had a bagel! It was all that I through it would be:) so yummy! Simple and satisfying.
Blueberry bagel with cream cheese- it was Heavenly! Toasted with enough cream cheese probably for at least 2 bagels ( I was surprised but it's always better to have more than too little) ha! And... yes my indulgent a$$ just ate it as is! IT was WONDERFUL! I didn't even dare of taking some of the cream cheese off- lol !!!
Boo- minus one star because after the morning rush it was kinda messy from crumbs on the tables and countertop & walking into the store it was Freezing - Burrr!! ( after just waiting for my bagel like 3mins total the whole time I was in there I started to feel body chills and my teeth would have started to chatter- if I was in there any longer.. um....I love air conditioning- but not at like walk-in meat freezer temperature! But... it's always better than stuffy hot and NO air conditioning -right?? :D -

I really like Einstein Bagels. And the food here is great line all other Einstein Bagels. But the wait here is insane. I have been here for 30 minutes and just barely ordered and now waiting for my food. They definitely are under staffed. And it is not just today. Every time I come it is like this.

I am guilty of using my Starbucks app to find coffee everywhere I go except my phone was dead and I stumbled upon Einstein Bros Bagels. Baked fresh daily, my Jalapeño cheese bagel was outstandingly delicious. Every bite tasted heavenly. I even went up for a second one so extra hard workout for me today. Sometimes a dead phone is a good thing to get you out of that box

Sure Einstein Bros Bagels is a franchise. I don't have a beef with franchises, but prefer local businesses. But I confess while on vacay, I did stop in twice at this location. It was conveniently located, in a suburban strip mall off I-5. Safe, clean area. Prices were affordable. The place was clean. They have indoor and outdoor seats. The staff is great. Great attitudes with easy going demeanor. They were all working hard, but not grumpy about it. That definitely adds to a good dining vibe. Decent bagels; they were fresh. Large variety but like all bagel shops, as it gets later in the day, the amount dwindles.
On one visit I got an Asiago cheese bagel toasted with cream cheese. Yum! However, EBB spreads the cream cheese and it was just the right amount for me. But I have to admit my ten year younger self would have griped at the amount wanting more. On another visit, I got a farmhouse breakfast bagel on pumpernickel. It was ok, not bad. The coffee was ok. Good for not being a specialty roaster. -

Bagels are always good here. Staff are friendly, but this is the third time I've been here and the coffee pots are empty. While it's about a 5+ min wait, the idea is to drink the coffee WITH your bagel. This of course won't keep me from coming back.
